Oh, wow: supple swaths of Wyoming Foie Gras with toast points Sébastien. Superlatively fine grain pâté for such free-range derivation, I am impressed! Not a lot of fiber, but presumably that will come in a later course. Meanwhile, lavish mouthfeel with a piquant core of sustained volatility. And you were thinking an older Champagne, I suppose?
